The Meetings

The individual PRE-ARRANGED Business Meetings Formula is the best way to make better use of the time devoted to an international mission.

The participating CONTRACTORS will:
- FIND solutions for its subcontracting needs,
- MEET new suppliers in a short period of time,
- INCREASE own suppliers databases and portfolios,
- DEVELOP broader views on the Aerospace supply chain.

The participating SUPPLIERS will:
- FIND solutions for its contracting needs,
- MEET contractors in a short period of time,
- GET to know new clients.

Methodology :

Once the SUPPLIERS get registered they will have access to our Registered Area. There, they will have the full list of CONTRACTORS already registered.

The supplier has to point out the contractors he would like to meet with and send their selections. The organization will give an individual business-meetings-agenda with the most accurate contractors-selection to each supplier before the beginning of the event (*). Up to 12 Business meetings could be held in just two days.

The Contractors will also have the opportunity to choose among the registered suppliers if their interest is high.

(*) Each agenda will depend on the availability of contractors’ and suppliers’ agendas and the matchmaking of all participants in the event. The Organisation will consider a reduction of the fare if the individual meetings-agenda does not cover at least 50% of the time devoted to meetings.
