The Technical Committee is the entity in charge of setting up the topics -main basis for the abstracts and papers- and selecting the final speakers. This year we have worked together via our intranet-forum that has made it possible, the reduction of time and travel costs.

The conference is organised by HEGAN, the Aeronautics & Space Cluster of the Basque Country; and the Technical Committee is made up of five Tech. Centers (CTA, IDEKO, INASMET, FATRONIK and TEKNIKER), four Aerospace companies (AEROTEAM, GAMESA AERONÁUTICA, ITP and SENER) and HEGAN.

The spanish aerospace association (ATECMA) is one of our collaborators, and we are sponsored by the Basque Regional Governement, the Ministry of Education of Spain, the Bizcay Governement and the Town Hall of Bilbao.
